One of the more challenging aspects of the vacation rental business is home cleaning. Each guest may leave your rental in a different condition than the next. Some rental properties may take a couple of hours to clean while others can take several hours. That is why you need hire a professional team trained to work quickly with extreme quality to ensure on-time availability for the next guest.

We like as much notice as possible. We are flexible and when things come up last minute, we are happy to reschedule at no charge.

Credit cards through the office, Venmo and Zelle
No. Many clients prefer not to be. You can provide a key or leave one in a mutually agreed upon location. Many homes now have remote entry.
Typically 10-15% of the cost of the service if you are pleased with the results. Regular customers may choose to give a bonus annually.
It happens – not often, but when it does, we ask clients to call the office the same day if possible so we can come back and make it right.

Light Commercial
Impress clients with a sparkling clean office they will want to visit again and again. We offer evening and weekend service to accommodate busy schedules. Doctors, dentists, insurance professionals, financial planners and many others count on us to maintain a beautiful working enviroment.
Outside Kitchen & Patio
Let us help you get ready for summer with a thorough cleaning of your patio and deck. We will clean the kitchen, BBQ and patio furniture. Outside light fixtures cloudy? Not after we get done!
Inside Fridge
We recommend cleaning inside the refrigerator four times per year as part of regular household maintenance. It should also be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned behind.
Inside Oven
We will clean inside & outside of your oven. The frequency varies depending on the amount of use and kind of cooking being done. It’s always best to not let grease and other cooking residue accumulate.
Fresh Linens
Fresh sheets will be put on all the beds in your home as well as towels in the bathrooms. Just leave clean linens out on cleaning day and we will take care of the rest.
Interior Windows
We clean windows, window sills & seals within reach with a step stool or small ladder. We refer big window cleaning jobs to our preferred vendors.
